You could say it's small but perfectly formed, boasting a strong industrial design aesthetic. The overall ambiance had a distinct former Soviet bloc feel."

"Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia."

"I stayed at this hotel last week for work. Hotel outside the city, in a very run-down area. Anonymous rooms, without furniture, without telephone in the room. No terrace just small window. My TV only had 10 channels, 5 of which didn't work and the ones that did work were in Bulgarian. I was addicted to Animal Planet for 5 days (the only channel in English). It's absurd that there are no other channels, I'm not talking about YouTube but about TV. The breakfast was very poor for the quality and price. No sweets, and only a few savory cold cuts, cheeses, tomatoes and cucumbers. Luckily there was Greek yogurt... Prices for dinner as in Italy, are around €30 for a dish and dessert (too much for Bulgarian standards). Very limited menu. The guy who served was prepared but the girls were first-rate. While serving tables, things fell off his plate... Restaurant closed on Sundays... I don't think I'll go back there if I have to return to Sofia."

Det føltes som et fitnesscenter for berømtheder Hotelpersonalet var også meget venligt og anbefalede mange lokale skjulte ædelstene fra den besejrede sti.Generelt anbefalede det meget"
